How it works

A jet of microcrystals (corundum powder) is propelled across the skin's surface through a sealed tubing system with a sterilizable handpiece which removes unwanted dead skin cells and scarred tissue.

What to Expect After Treatment

After treatment, you leave the clinic with a clean and fresh sparkling skin tone, due to regeneration of the epiderma cell structure.

Skin Peeling: The skin may feel tight as if exposed to the sun or wind for a while after treatment. Some skins may peel. Keep the skin well moisturized with the proper products and sunscreen as advised by your skin care expert.

What Results Can You Expect?

Depending on the area treated, you will notice an improvement in your skin's appearance. Stretch marks, acne, and scars will be less obvious in the first few treatments. Age spots and fine lines are erased and many patients report that their skin seems to be softer, smoother and younger-looking.

How Long Do Treatments Take?

Microdermabrasion treatment sessions usually last about 30-45 minutes. However, treatments for stretch marks can take as long as two hours. During your session we focus on your problem areas, but time can be given to other areas of concern.
